Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 2026
One-time services
- Before work begins: Full refund available upon request.
- After work begins: Refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis based on time spent and/or milestones completed.
- Completed work: Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
Hourly consulting
- 24+ hours notice: Reschedule or request a refund.
- Less than 24 hours / no-show: Session may be forfeited (one courtesy reschedule may be offered at discretion).
Subscriptions (monthly support)
- You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
- Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- No partial-month refunds unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
How to request a refund

and the reason for the request.
