Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 2026

1. Services

Steve’s IT Pro provides professional services related to Google Workspace administration, automation development, security configuration, and related IT consulting (“Services”). The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline are described on the checkout page, invoice, written communication, or a separate statement of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

Timelines may shift if access, decisions, or required information are delayed.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Steve’s IT Pro to charge the payment method provided for one-time services, hourly consulting blocks, or recurring subscription services.

4. Scheduling & Sessions

Hourly consulting sessions are scheduled after purchase. If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. If Steve’s IT Pro must reschedule, you will be offered a new time or (if appropriate) a refund for unused time.

5. Changes to Scope

If requested work exceeds the purchased scope, Steve’s IT Pro may propose an updated price or additional hours. Out-of-scope work will not be performed without your approval.

6. Intellectual Property

Client data and accounts remain the Client’s property. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for the Client are licensed for internal business use. Steve’s IT Pro retains rights to general know-how, non-client-specific patterns, and reusable techniques.

7. Confidentiality

Steve’s IT Pro will treat non-public client information as confidential and will not disclose it except to deliver Services or as required by law.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as-is.” No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes, uptime, or business results. Security hardening reduces risk but cannot eliminate all risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steve’s IT Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Refund/cancellation rules are described in the Refund Policy.

11. Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or purchase of Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
